Editorial Work

I have been a columnist and beat reporter for SB Nation's The Champaign Room since June 2022, covering primarily Illinois basketball and football. In October 2024, I began working as a beat reporter covering Illinois men's basketball. My in-season responsibilities include attending press conferences, talking with and writing feature stories about players, writing game previews, attending and covering home games and providing both social media and editorial coverage, preparing news briefs, and writing columns with thoughts and insight on a variety of relevant basketball topics. I also contribute occasional coverage to other Illinois sports such as women's basketball and baseball when needed.
